what is a 2nd mile coach?

I believe coaching is about more than showing up for a session, asking good questions, and sending you a bill.

It’s about knowing your story. Remembering what matters to you. Challenging you when you’re playing small. Celebrating your wins. Checking in when I know something matters. And investing in the person you’re becoming, not just the goals you’re trying to accomplish.
